My last few sessions (until today) were meh. It wasn't the MPAs, it was me. For the last few years I have done a lot of weight lifting to get stronger but have not cared about my weight. I have had a visible gut for some time now and it got bigger over the last six months due to lethargy and too many desserts. My last physical revealed that I was border line diabetic. This was a shock. To that point my blood sugar levels had always been optimal. Apparently diabetes can have a dulling affect on nerve transmission from the penis to the brain. That would explain why intercourse the last few times was not that enjoyable. Over the years my blood pressure has gone up as well - not enough to require medication, but a warning sigh. I was shocked into taking action. For the last seven weeks I have reduced caloric intake a little, eliminated desserts, I eat two meals a day instead of three, and go for long walks every day - 90 to 120 minutes. I am about half way to where I want to be - so far I have lost 17 lbs. and 2.75" from my waist line. I am back to where I was a year ago. My blood pressure and waking pulse have gone down as well. I would like to completely get rid of the gut and If I can sustain my efforts I should be able to do this in another three months time.
Today I saw Leona at Delinto Spa. My sensitivity is back! I had a great session (tease, BLS, BBBJ, missionary). For the first time in a while I was able to cum in a condom during missionary. I look forward to sex when I am at a healthy weight.
Lesson learned - sexual issues like libido, sensitivity and ED, can be warning signs that your cardiovascular system has problems. The solution is simple (but hard to do) - reduce body fat by some combination of calorie restriction and exercise. It is a long term project, a healthy weight loss is 1 - 2 lbs. a week. It will be interesting to see what other changes I experience as the lard comes off and my fitness improves.
