I never said I was a restauranteur. I don't operate restaurants 24/7/365. I am going to Boston to help set up a restaurant. I have done it before. And i might do it again after my Boston experience.

In reality there's no way reliable way to verify, other than to trust them, but I think as a general rule this 'select' group of guys is much larger than we might hope or imagine.
