Opinion Times are changing

From my perspective the times are changing when it comes to the Spa scene. On the business side Supply has exceeded Demand and we are are the down side of the Bell curve. In Markham there are way too many places that I would describe as Semi Legit.......some good and some not so good. Major intersections have signs shoved into the grass offering low ball prices. Just yesterday I saw one that offered a 30 minute massage for $19.99. What does that tell you? Places that I have some intel on are only getting a handful of customers per day and are struggling to stay afloat. The granny and milf places are not going to survive and will disappear, they just can't get new young talent. I think in the future someone will go to a Legit or Rmt massage place for a solid massage. If someone are looking for something more they will likely visit a place like QQ Square.
Young ladies that want to make a lot of money in a short time will work at places like QQ, make their money and disappear.

Seems cyclical to me. The downturn will not be permanent. there are many "Milf" type women with large following and places that have a strong regular customer base. It's when these older clients stop going that major shifts will occur. This game is one of chess and not checkers.

The consumer should be discriminating and know what it is you want. The relationship for the most part should be symbiotic to ensure availability.

OP I agree with some of the stuff you said, i been noticing that too... @PornPrince i think the reason why some people rather go QQ than agencies is because of the process you need to get set up, etc. Its not as simple as just walking in to the spa take a look and if you like you go ahead with it. You gotta pay before hand at agencies and i feel the risk of getting caught by police is way embarrassing. I kinda stopped going to those lower end FS places just because yeah i noticed they been asking almost $180 with room fee, i rather just spend the extra $20 to go to a newer and cleaner building at QQsquare and get the consistent service with younger girls, and what i mean by hygiene is they are consistent with the showers + mouthwash, some places i dont even see them use mouthwash like Candy spa, it creeps me out afterwards all those guys she gave BBBJ too.... yuck

We are in a recession so this is normal. Wealth gap will grow so some will have the money to pay at places like QQ and the grannies who need money will work at the semi legits promoted here.

What is surprising to me is how they can operate so publicly. As degenerate as I am I do not want to see these places operate so openly so close to me and rather have them keep up the facade of being just a massage place instead of a fuck shop.

LOL! your comment made me laugh because as i was walking out of a granny spa [suko spa in richmond hill] yesterday i saw two seniors well into their 60's leave the senior day care center on the same plaza go right into the spa

agree with you on the demographic analysis though. gen z wont have the money and are still young enough to pursue civvie girls so they wont be customers and milennials are all feeling the recession effects.

I agree that the girls can survive by seeing just 1 or 2 customers a day; but not enough traffic to support the owners profitability or survival. That is why these hoes are jacking up their price to make the most out of the few clients they see daily. In fact, Seduction, Premier and other spa hoes are trying to do the same, gauging the few simps that walks in. In the end, there will be less frequent visits, price keeps rising up till it all dries up. I see the same issues on the SP industry as well, less hobbyist, more hoes, higher price. The time will come soon, there will be a downward price war once they realize the clients are disappearing fast. A well know Indy, almost PSE type service, just told me, her business is drying up quickly.

I agree that it can be hassle visiting an SP which is why I prefer spas myself.
The reason I would never go to Qq is because the service is shit. Zero sensuality and just an assembly line session. The girls are ugly too and only look good in their massively photo shopped pics.

it comes down who is more desperate, spa or the customers. I say the spa. Customers always get the final say. if you are going to charge an arm and a leg, the service better be good otherwise there won't be repeats. in the short term, the spa may thrive with the hike in revenue. in the long run not so much. At the end of the day every industry will be like: survivial of the fittest. those who can survive the competition will continue, those cannot will be eliminated eventually.

Disposable income is the key and the stats Canada says that one needs to make around 40 bucks an hour to afford to live in GTA, now let’s take that the top 2% make more than 200k a year and not all are hobbyists ,
I friend I know make 240k family income and bought a place in Toronto 2 yeas ago , he is paying around 6.5k on mortgage itself while their after tax income is 11.5 k /month ,
We were at my place last week and he was casually joking that will have to drive Uber now , it has come to that point
