I have followed the fellow in this video for a few years on Youtube. In the past, he mostly posted culture, travel and business videos (sort of a life in China) channel. He moved from China because some of his more critical comments started to attract attention. But it should be understood that the majority of his video were (at least in the past) quite positive about China and the Chinese. In my experience, he is not racist.

As far as theories about China's political ambitions go...well all I can say is that context always matters. Is China jockeying to improve its international position and does it play dirty? Of course. But which international player doesn't do that? It's all relative. Having said that, would I wish China success? No, I wouldn't, precisely because it's all relative and speaking relatively, I'd rather see the U.S. with all its faults be the big boy on the block. China is a totalitarian regime with no regard for human rights. For now at least, the U.S. still pays lip service to those to those ideals. It's a shitty world, and our choice is between shitty and less shitty.

You must be one of the few who still believe this virus originated in the US. It's standard practice for the CCP to blame other countries for problems they themselves have caused. Other East Asian countries close to China, such as Taiwan and South Korea, firmly blame China for the outbreak, never mentioning the US. These are not countries populated by "white pigs".

I am actually not chinese. But Asian. Saying that I’ve been to China. When I went they treated me like crap. But they treated my white girl friend like gold. I’m like wtf, I’m paying the bills here. lol. I felt they treat foreigners better than even the local Chinese. That was 3 years ago.
