So I did end up making a trip to Star. I didn't call just walked in to see the line up. The place hasn't changed one bit in 12 years. It was like going back in a time machine. Other than the Domino's pizza in the plaza now. Still the exact same. Girls bring in a bucket of water to the room. I laughed to myself about that.

Better to discuss business at the beginning, before you even pay your door fee. If the girl is too expensive or doesn't offer the service you want, see another girl or leave. It's more important at Star since a good portion of the girls there are low mileage.

At Premier $250 gets you semi-strict 40 minutes incl. door fee and BJ/FS. If BJ only it's likely $200 for the 40 minutes. There is no hassle from the front receptionist if the session goes 5 minutes or so over.

At Star the mentioned total $170 gets you a strict 30 minute BJ/FS session (not always available) with significantly inferior facilities and ladies (with a few exceptions for the ladies, but not in quite a while). At Star they would knock on the door if the session ending time marked on the door was up, and you weren't out of the room yet, even for a loyal client like me.

Imho Premier is the far superior value, and probably the best value of all the spas in the city. I have never met a lady at Premier trying to get me to pay more than the standard 50/100 extras tip. Also have never been asked up front to negotiate the tip there, or received any attitude if I didn't tip after a no extras session, although if it was good I'll always tip at $20 if no extras were involved.
