So if I go to SL I can expect to pay $50 room fee + up to $120 for a BS, total $170.

Why?

Premier is down the street $210 total for a much more luxurious setting and a guaranteed BJ from a more attractive girl.

Cancel out the $50 you mentioned for a BS in a 1/2 hour period.
