1. An STD clinic like Hassle Free Clinic. Just go to a doctor, FFS. Depending on the STD it's short treatment (penicillin for Syphilis, ceftriaxone for Gonorrhea, both by injection, one dose of Azithromycin for Chlamydia, nothing for HIV). Also the city of Toronto has sexual health clinics. Free also. If you can afford an escort you can afford paying your MD and pharmacy for treatment.

2. See #1. You still may pay for the drugs.

3. Yes, one is C.Difficile, a form of diarrhea that will kill you that occurs when people take excess amounts of antibiotics, or the wrong ones, dumbly self prescribed, in a province where you get free medical treatment . Also the bacteria become resistant to the drugs if taken every day. No competent physician will prescribe this or recommend it. It is a truly bonkers idea. Just nuts.
