If I was limited to having sessions with just one girl in this entire industry I would have chosen Layla. I made an appointment with her on Sat. and drove several hours to get there. Her shift did end at 4 on Sat. so I called during the week on a day that she was working to see if she could stay a little later since it would take me a while to get there. I then called back after the receptionist spoke with her and 5 pm was agreed upon. Enroute, I called to confirm as I was about 1.5 hrs away. The receptionist knew of my appoitnment but said that Layla did not and could not stay. Something went really wrong here. I was told that there were several other attractive women working so I came in figuring that perhaps a "special" would be offered. EVEN if there was one, I would not have stayed because the women that I saw were just not nearly in Layla's league. Someone really screwed me over here and I just wanted to post this. The least they could have done was offer me a half price session or something like that. Then it was off to the other SPAs, screw this place. I went to Airport and had a not so great experience, then to HFH for an AWESOME one and then to Allure for one that was off the charts too. My advice, stick to HFH and Allure I've never had a bad, so so, or less than Amazing experiece at either of these two GENUINE higher end places.

She was scheduled until 4pm, couldn't you have left wherever you are from earlier? IMO, an appointment at 5 easily could go until 5:30 or 5:40 or what have you.. then she'd have to clean up, change and leave. That's another 20-25 minutes. That's 2 hours over what she originally was scheduled for.

Just because you drove 1.5 hours to see her doesn't mean you're better than any of us and entitled to special treatment.

Next time, just go earlier and not wait pass the MPA's schedule.

are you making the argument that mpa's at HFH and Allure would have waited for you?

She agreed to a 5pm appointment, according to the OP, and gets paid a sizable sum to do so. Your opinion is moot but so what if she works an extra 2 hours? Big fucking deal. It was her choice to accept the proposition, according to the OP.

I'm guessing that the OP was pointing out the 1.5 hr drive to indicate how much of an inconvenience it would be if the girl was a no show.

Where do these supporters come from? Let the man say his piece. Sheesh, you'd think it was someone connected with SRM defending the girl.

If your issue is that you think the OP is a negative shill, then make that statement and back it up.

Give your head a shake, He did everything he could to set the appt correctly, as the MPA changed her schedule for him, it is not his fault the MPA screwed up!

I think it's a standard practice at many MP's. I haven't had it happen at SRM but it sure has happened elsewhere to me. You make an appointment, show up on time and usually have a shower, then some other poor girl comes in and says so-and-so got sick etc. etc. and would you like to try someone else. Yes she suddenly got sick while you were showering.

The point is, rather than turn business away, MP's will make the appointment, sometimes knowing the girl won't be there and make up some excuse why she's not. So bigbrownstain(??) you wouldn't be the first. But it is bad business.

Just one thing that I'd like to add to this. I really wish that I had not opened up this can of worms, I was just pissed. As mentioned above, SRM did more than enough to make up for this. But in the end I find myself as the fool as I should have posted without naming Layla. She did PM me and apologize. But now I guess she'll never want me to be her client again. I will end it on this note. Guys, she is the most beautiful girl in this business and you should all book a session with her. You will not be disappointed at all. Not only is she physically stunning but she provides a session like NO ONE else.

From this episode, two things stood out that seemed instructive.

1. With brands like SRM, HFH, Muse, whose managements are as customer focused as can be, when their customer service slips, as can happen with all things involving humans, we should simply contact them directly and be confident that they will speedily redress the situation.

2. Customer focused spa owners do closely monitor what's posted on this Board. Customers' voice do count with responsible management. So, stick with these establishments if we want satisfaction guaranteed.

Poor Layla- She just started at SRM after spending long time with HFH, and she got this review. Aynyway, it seems that it is a managerial/administrative problem, and i'm sure management will fix it, as they have indicated in a message posted by the original poster.

Any of us that have been around the scene for more than a couple of years or twenty know that SRM ALWAYS makes things right. I have been there a few hundred of times and have no problem speaking with Dr. Joy or Anita about anything that was not up to par. They are discrete and prompt in making sure that you don't have a bad experience linger. They compensate you and / or fix the problem. Really great people.

I can say the same about other of the better run spa's over the years i.e. HFH, Platinum, Allure, (old UTOPIA) , they want customers to be happy.

The MP's (and smart MPA's) in the game for the long haul can't afford to have clients harbour (or spread) any negativity about them...it is just too competitive a business.

I have a problem with this review. I don't want to say that this is coming from the management, but lets review the evidence here.
1) Layla left HFH for Steels Royal.
2) The girls at Steels are just as hot or hotter than the girls at Allure.
3) We all know that for the longest time Allure and HFH have been sharing the girls with out conflict.
4) Steels Royal now has 19 rooms. That means they have room for 19 girls a night. Very strong competion for the other spas.

I have enjoyed many good sessions at all 4 places mention. But I really don't see why someone would post a bad review about one place, and recomend two other places. (BP being the exception to the rule.)
I think this statement is self serving IMHO.

A regrettable situation for all, but it seems like Joy, Micron, Layla and others have done their best to make it up to Bbs, so let it be water under the bridge. I'm also willing to cut Layla some slack given what I know about her busy schedule outside work. She kept me waiting at least 25 minutes in the room on my first visit to see her at SRM (on her first day), but she seemed pretty sincere when apologizing as she was still trying to learn the ropes at her new digs. She also more than made up for it by giving me an amazing session. She's a smokin' lady and the complete MP imho. Layla, can't wait to see you again soon.
