Ugh, often better not known. Not sure what your relationship is with her but sometimes it's just a book best left closed and on the shelf.

If she’s got issues coming into the biz, the longer she’s in the worse she’ll get.
I am talking about the non-Asian ones at the name brand spas or the girls who escort on LL. Asian ones in this biz seem to treat this for the job it is during the day and go home to a relatively normal life in the evening

Your last sentence about the asians is quite accurate. Yes, they are a little bit fucked up to be doing this kind of work in the first place but most of them, especially the ones at semi-legits, are very pragmatic in how they view their jobs and live normal lives outside of the spa.

Two of my Asian semi-legit regulars strayed as workers, became owners, work in the day and have husbands and kids at home, own their own houses, have money put away etc. And never use drugs or alcohol. I’ve known others who fit the same mold. Contrast that with spa girls, most of whom despite all the cash are always broke. I know several who carry LV bags and have Mercedes or BMWs yet can’t pay their rent or save any money.

Yeah it was tough for her, she was homeless and lost connection with family. I am still proud of her for not getting in more deep shit as she made a smart decision to leave. Her "friend" which was her client, lied about being married so her whole world view on things is fucked up.

I know this is a generalization but the ones that buy the LV and expensive stuff tend to work at holistic places where the money is easier to come by.

The vast majority of asian ladies > 40 that work at semi-legits fall into two categories. One is they are divorced and single moms, the other is they are married (with children) and the husband is either in China or in Canada but can't find a good job, thus the MPA is the main bread winner. Most of them are responsible and try to save money for a rainy day (or to save for a house). They may have the occasional drink but it would be quite rare for these semi-legit ladies to take drugs (again, almost all are moms).
