BTW to give you an idea of how busy it is, the receptionist actually texted me an hour later asking if I could move my booking time up by 15 min, to which I agreed.
Parking: Drive to the address was easy and no traffic. I imagine the North York location is much less stress free though. Anyways, I was told to park on a separate street, and there was plenty of spots to parallel park in. No fee to park and I believe you can park for an indefinite amount of time. The street to park at was pretty busy, with many cars driving and parked in the area. The walk to the townhouse was maybe 2-3 minutes depending on how close you park, but they stress not to park on the street of the townhouse and to text the receptionist when I arrive. There is a condo right across from the townhouse just FYI.
