Too much service is not necessary and full service is not good for the massage business. They can go to full service spas for that. We must understand some customers stay away from spas that provide full service.
Pls try to walk customers to the door when everything is done. Most customers appreciate that. That shows you do care about them .

Very well said. I always tell the girls most guys who go to semi legit spas are stressed out at work or lonely people looking for good massage and one hour girlfriends . if you know how to read them and treat them well, you will have lots of repeat customers just like Amy who has at least 40-50 regular customers who come back and see her every week..

Managing poorly raised, poorly disciplined and poorly educated girls are not that easy. Some girls do listen and some think I talk too much and some think they know everything. All I told them now is they have 3 weeks to prove they are worthy to be at EB , know how to make the customers happy and make them keep coming back. We let go girls with shitty attitude and no repeat customers no matter how young or how pretty they look.

I have to say I agree. To each their own but I'm not a FS guy. I work crazy hours and by the time I'm done this is the only way I can relax. About a month ago I went to EBW for a massage. I called in advance to see the girl I had been with previously who did a great massage and was sweet, HJ was perfect. Anyway I called because I wasn't sure I could make it and wanted to make sure I got her. Booked an appt and when I walked in she greeted me at the door. Just as I walked into the room I heard 2 men come in after me, pretty loud and hyped up like they were looking for fun and instinct told me this was going to be a problem. My girl tells me to shower and she'll be right back so I shower and lie down. Wait for an annoyingly long time... WTF am I waiting for, I booked you already. Then she comes in and tries to flirt and ask me if I can wait for maybe 30-45 minutes. I told her hell no and I left. Obviously she was going to make more money giving service to the guys that came in after me. Not a chance. I won't see her again. I do agree with you on that. She is not for guys looking for good strong massage. She is good with older gents who like relaxing sensual massage. That's why most of her customers are older Caucasian gents and some young guys who love her GFE service and oral skills.
