I have a great story to tell and I was so happy things happened the way we wanted without needing to do anything from our side. One girl who's working with us today refused to take our regular 2 hours customer saying she can do only one hour. Let's call her X, She's more into service and doesn't want to do massage much. So we gave the customer to Emma. While Emma was with 2 hr customer, about 20 minutes more to go to finish, one of Emma's regular came in. The guy asked if we could give one girl for 15 minutes to massage him while he 's waiting for Emma and told me he will tip the girl $20 for the 15 min massage. So I asked the X girl cuz it was her turn. She said No, not doing just for massage. WTF ?

So I asked Lily to help Emma out for 15 minutes and I already have in mind to get rid of that girl with shitty attitude.

A few minutes later around 5:40pm, a call came in and booked that X girl at 6 pm. Around 5:45 , one guy walked in and that X girl said it's her turn and she wanted that walk in customer. I told her she has an appointment at 6 pm and the guy is on his way. She said what if her appointment don't come and she wanted to do half hr . The walk in customer said he wanted at least 45 min. So I told that X girl , No. she has to wait for her appointment who 's already on the way. She got mad, packed up her things and left.

Here is the best part. The guy who asked for 15 minutes massage tipped Lily and left in a rush cuz he got a call from his office . Lily was jumping with joy and came running to me. I asked what happened and she showed me her tip $100 just for 12 minutes of massage.. The best part was the X girl saw how much tip Lily got from the 15 minutes guy she turned down. The X girl's appointment came in at 6:03 pm 10 minutes after she left and now he is with Lily. Emma got the walk in customer. The 2 hr guy tipped Emma $160 , he usually tips 120. Good things happen to good people I guess.

Not really. Girls love to see him cuz he is not a high mileage seeker. He is a construction guy and all he needed was a good massage and happy ending.
