A lot of consumer trends have changed in the lockdown and the businesses have responded well by adapting to the emerging trends - and are likely to stick to them even when every thing normalizes.

This new timing might be one of the most welcome shifts in the bar industry as far as the end consumer convenience is concerned.

Many a times mongerers have been asking if SBs or DBs would be open before their offices are closed - now that they are open, you simply need to take a day or half off at work, monger and return home like a poor chap tired at work who had a couple of drinks with the colleagues!!

Would be great to see this continue even after the tough times are over!

Fucking all the best years of my life gone because of this starting late inthe evening and winding up at four in the morning.
If they actually get the best of babes during 11- 5 they will make a lot of money. Unfortunately no bar owner ever thought out of the box.

wow....this is what I do usually in Philippines, Thailand n Cambodia.
start around 10 am...hop n hump till around 4 pm, sleep till 9/10 pm, then full night again hop n hump till 5/6 am.

So have the Matinee shows begun? Waiting to see FRs. These new timings remind me of my college days when I used to bunk morning classes and go straight through to watch matinee shows of "Current Maare Goriya", "Jawaani ki Bhool", "Veeraana" etc.
Hope to visit Mayur, Kishor, RM at 11:00 AM someday soon.

Only problem is Daaru kaise piyunga itne jaldi.?

Same problem with me. I prefer drinking as the last activity of the day before going to sleep. The solution I propose is as follows.
- Rename the Dance Bars as Dance Cafes
- Add Tea, Coffee, Fruit Juices, Lassi, Chaas to the menu (prices can stay at what they are for drinks)
- Reframe ST (Short Time) as Siesta Time and make it 2 hours. So after bonking, monger can eject the girl and take an afternoon nap in the same bed.

Coffee Fruit Juices Soft drinks are available in almost all bars.
Not certain about coffee in low end db or sbs but u can find juices N soft drinks there.

Yes most of the people will find it difficult to stop drinking at 5 and spend roaming rest of the evening here and there.

People like me just sleep after db/ob visits and I avoid dinner 80 percent of time while i roam to db/ob on weekends

For sure bar owners must have definitely thought about this n the state govt. can take it up as a great revenue stream. But then office attendance would possibly reduce by probably 20% n rest of the economy would crash.

If bar owners had their way, they would run it 24 hours with shifts. Such a business model exists in Philippines : Angeles City Walking Street (Dollhouse bar is one of them) and LA Cafe in Manila Ermita area.

Incidentally, there are strip clubs in Tijuana, Mexico (which is across the border from San Diego, USA) that operated 24 x7 before Covid. The most popular amongst them is the Hong Kong club which is spread over 3 floors with multiple dance floors. On the weekends, there were between 200 to 300 beautiful strippers in lingerie in the Hong Kong club. You can grope/kiss the chicks for a minute or two for a $1 tip. They have live lesbian shaving foam sex shows during prime time where you can finger fuck/fist/dildo fuck the chicks for a few dollars tip.
