The present running cost is very high for any OB in Navi Mumbai. Plus, after the initial euphoria, the footfalls will decrease. Also partners may not be of the same type as you. Unless you are rough and tough, it is not a good area to be in. All in all, the effort may not commensurate with the returns on your investment.
However, this is just my opinion bro.....perhaps you have better understanding of this business. I just instinctively shared my opinion. I could be wrong.

My guess is it may be a glam business like Vijay Mallya running an airline not a business where you can put white money great for guys who want to put black money loss will not be causing problems if it is black money
