There are quite a few girls making decent money without any extra. Vivian of Comfort Zone at Warden and Steeles, Elaine and Daisy of Kelly spa to name a few. Chances of you getting Vivian as a walk in is very slim. She is booked solid most of the time and she makes more than some semi legit spa girls doing extras. I am pretty sure there are a few more that I don't know of.

An MPA that sticks to low mileage and provides a memorable experience within those mileage boundaries can certainly do well. The smart ones will know how to turn a first-timer into a regular by providing a memorable experience and build a clientele.
Some MPAs that offer extras may carry the attitude that they will never see this client again, so they will try to maximize the revenue every single time by pushing for extras. If extras are declined, then they give a shitty service because they're not making as much as they had hoped.

I would much rather have that memorable low-mileage session and make her my regular goto.

The reality is that its very difficult to cultivate that kind of customer satisfaction which is why you don't see it often. I'm talking the type that can get your balls tight just from the way they look you in the eyes and whisper in your ears.
