I seem to get this question more these days from reception when coming into a booked appt. "have you seen her before?"
Or from the lady in the room "how have you seen before"

Why is that? To get a sense of what you might like or the service levels you may have received?

I actually asked them because I always found it annoying. Was told that most girls have the receptionist ask so the girl can know if it's a repeat client. Not sure why they bother to ask at Perla, because one of the girls told me about 70-90% of the business comes from walk-ins (hence why more than half of the roster has no pics - there other reasons behind that as well), and Pure is mainly derived from bookings.

It seems to be the industry standard. I wondered the same thing sometimes. If you're a repeat customer, they may treat you better, I think. Or, maybe to start a conversation, instead of talking about the weather? Or, to get your mind off work, and get you into a relaxed mood? It may be combination of reasons. The question is so common and well rehearsed, that the receptionist accidently asked me twice while walking me to the room. She said, "oh sorry, I already asked you that". I was trying hard not to laugh.

It's funny actually, it seems like an acting job. There's a favourite girl that I have seen numerous times. I vividly remember the first time we met years ago.
