Ok..ok. I dug out a bit and here is what I found out. . The reason behind all this was not having girls willing to work. The two bosses were working alternately the past few days and finally gave up. They have families here and they don't want to put their family members at risk. You can see their posts on WeChat moments. They will be back once they find some girls.

This problem is not just Blue Sky. There are lots of spas having the same problem and most spas operating with only one girl almost every day and most time they are the owners. They may advertise 2-3 girls on duty but in reality only one or two girls there most time.

I said this weeks ago and some guys didn't believe it would be a problem and that most MPAs would be rushing back to work. I've had owners desperately asking me to help them find ladies willing to work LOL. 3 out of my 4 faves still haven't returned to work yet, so much about them all being money hungry hoes...

I was having a long talk with one of my favourites this morning and she still has a wait and see attitude. She said if she rushed to work now, all her efforts in hiding herself in the past few months could be wasted!

From my estimation, about 30- 35% of the work force are still stuck in China, another 25- 30 % are still staying home and watching the situation . Most spas are now operating with whoever they can get, they don't even care old and ugly ones, they will take anyone willing to work.

What KJ said in this thread is absolutely true. The others are just speculating. The owners are worried like many people, maybe a little too much; can't fault them for it. They will return when they feel more comfortable...

Same here. I’m not rushing back either. I at least want to enjoy the session and not just feed an addiction.

Nothing to worry. I have known them for a long time. They are very smart with money and they have lots of savings. Jessica, Perly and vivian were making big money every day for a few yrs. 5-6 months rent is nothing to them. Especially, Perly, if she makes only 1000- 1200 a day she called that slow in her Melody Wellness and Vincent's spa days. She was so used to averaging 1,500 a day. Go figure.

... BUT... anybody who left Cda can't get in + new girls can't get in... huge turnover in this biz... check out posts f/ 2 yrs ago, so many = gone... add in a few don't wanna work (lucky them)...

$1200/day for 6 months is about $216,000.

Im sure these Whorehouse Owners can sit back, lose even half of that and not sweat because some Whores didn't want to work.

1200 as a mpa or as a boss. Assuming 1200 as a owner that means 30 customers per day. wow for a set of bolt on.

A popular boss who also works in the room can make over 1,500 to 2,000 a day. Blue Sky opened when I was working at E&M, E&M was crazy busy in those days and all the spilled over from E&M ended up going to Blue Sky next door. Those days Blue Sky was getting 25-30 customers a day without advertising much. The boss Cici was swamped with customers more than she could handle in those days after wild reviews by Hangdai and Smallpantieshek. If you get 25 plus customers a day, the boss is already making over 1,000 a day just from the room fees alone. Go figure how much she can make if she also works in the room.
Last 2 weeks ago Friday when they were allowed to open, all the spa bosses were making 1,200 to 1800 just from room fees alone and I know of a few spa girls and bosses who made over 2,000 on that stage 2 grand opening day.
