Happy end of 2019 everyone! Here's hoping you all have an excellent 2020. I see 2020 as the year of perfect vision. I intend to spend 2020 reflecting on my time in the hobby, my ups and my downs, my treasured experiences and my mistakes.
2019 was interesting. I went back to the massage scene after a couple of years off and all in all, I think I prefer the SP side of things. I've had a couple of great sessions, and met some great women. Cheers @Jamie Karuna! You are a classy woman and I do look forward to seeing you again! Other than Jamie, there really isn't anyone else in the massage side that I want to see again. I wrote a favourable review for Brielle at Seduction, but hot as she was, I don't have that "itch" to see her again. I wrote a great review for Abu at Flirt, but my second visit with her left a lot to be desired and I won't be seeing her again either. To be fair to her though, she was my first low mileage session in a long time in that first visit, and in the second, most if not all the magic and fantasy was just gone.
I think what attracted me the most to the massage side was the mystery. That whole, what does she really look like, and will she or won't she fuck me? It seems like a simple thing, but that's what got me hooked in the first place. I think we've all felt that "oh I'm special she only does this with me" shit before. My problem was that I believed it for too long and it was hard climbing out of the rabbit hole.
Now that I'm "older and wiser", I find that I have no taste for the mystery anymore. This site has helped a lot by taking away the allure. I no longer have to look at a MPA's pic and wonder will she or won't she. Thanks to the brave reviewers here, all those smoke and mirrors are stripped away and I'm left reading about an experience that may be amazing for the OP, but is something I can easily get with no smoke and mirrors with an SP. Don't get me wrong. I'm not knocking the MP scene for everyone. I'm just reflecting that I it's not for me anymore. Perhaps I'll give it another try, but perhaps not. One thing is for certain, I can't do with low mileage anymore. While an oily hand job can feel amazing and in the right hands (pun intended) feel as good or better than sex, there's just something psychologically satisfying about getting "everything" that a woman offers. Plus, there aren't many women who are that good, and I don't have the financial resources to find the gems anymore. And, if I go for "everything", well, it's cheaper with an SP no matter which way you slice it.
Maybe I've just outgrown it. Face it, there's a lot of drama on the MP side. Just look at some of the trolls here. You have to wonder how much pain and mental suffering someone must have gone through to dedicate every single post to a singular MPA and to accuse everyone of being her, or to sink so low into darkness to post personal pictures of MPAs. I truly believe that someone has to have some deep rooted mental health issues to sink to those levels. I don't hate those posters. I pity them. I see in them, what could have happened to me if just a few more things went wrong for me. Anyway, the SP side is not without it's drama too. I was a moderator once, and I've seen the other side of review forums. But, the drama was always centred around money and reputation. There wasn't as many messy feelings there.
Anyway, sorry for getting too maudlin in this post. i just wanted to reflect on a few things. Please feel free to share some of your reflections. If you troll post for try to start a flame war, be warned that I will add you to my ignore list and I likely won't respond cause I'm too lazy to deal with that kind of shit.
