I think cos people thought the most dangerous place is the safest place. Opposite this PC is PCC. Dun be mistaken. PCC is not People's People Complex. It is Police Cantonment Complex. This is where the CID HQ, Central Div HQ and most of the major crime divisions are located. I will not be surprised these people Reviewequent PC during lunchtime and / or after work for some "office tips".
