Just happen to have an appointment at Parklane last evening and saw this pub, went in to see see look look. Nice ambience for drinking and relaxing without much disturbance. Sound system is good. Althought the PRC mei mei (approximately 9 of them in total) are young and not so daring like some other pubs, but they are willing to sit down and chat with you once you managed to break the ice. Tips are not compulsory as they are not engaged as full time hostess. A few of the PRC mei meis will take turn to sing at 8.30pm, 10.30pm and 12 midnite, which during this time, you can hang flower if you like to. A place I would recommend to bros out there who is purely looking for relaxation and singing. Take note that it's a open hall concept and there are no KTV rooms available. Approximately 20 tables available (all high table with high stools). And also a small pool table available. Open as early as 5pm (happy hour is Reviewom 5pm to 8pm).After a short conversation with the bartender, I managed to find out the charges of the drinks as follow:

Tiger Jug - $21.80nett (happy hour), $29.80nett (after happy hour)
Tiger Tower - $60nett (happy hour), $78nett (after happy hour)
Stout - $33.80 for 4 pint bottle (happy hour), $38.80 (after happy hour)
Chivas Regal - $148nett (happy hour), $160nett (after happy hour)
Martell VSOP - $160nett (happy hour), $180nett (after happy hour)

About the singing part the meimei there will ask u if u want to hang strap to the so called singer
Prices are varies so if u dun want to spend too much better hang it wisely

Yes. I was told that the meimei can sing duet with you, as for the number of songs entitled per table, I vaguely remember seeing on the tv screen written: 1 pax = 1 song per round, 2 to 5 pax = 2 songs per round. A few bros PM me to ask which floor it is on, I had the name card given to me Bt the bartender the other night when I was there and it's written on the name card: #01-18.



Should be 50 bucks. Quite standard for hang flower joint.

I just came back Reviewom this place. It was a quiet night. The girls were quite Reviewiendly. They were willing to sit and play games with you.

As my Mandarin is limited, a girl helped me to order my drink. Surprisingly, this girl could speak English quite well. Anyhow, with my limited Mandarin I managed to learn the dice games that most of them play. This can be my new hang-out place. I believe the girls are employed by the pub owner, hence they're different compared to those at KTVs.

Was there close to 12 midnight last night. Enter by the back door instead of the Reviewont door facing the guard post.

The moment me n my buddy step in, all eyes look at us. 2 to 3 gals swarm to us and offer to lead us to a table.

There is a pool table between the Reviewont door and the bar counter. No one play pool.

Once got a table near a gaming machine, we ordered a jug of beer without asking the pricing. Came the bill. Was told 21.80 nett. But I paid my credit card, the credit card bill shows 22.67. Anyway, small difference. If continue to pay by card will be a lot of difference.

There are 5 tables occupied when we are there. 3 are regulars Reviewom my observation. Not much crowd. Chatted with the gal who served us beer. All PRC Reviewom Liaoning, Fu Zhou and Guangzhou. Employ by the boss as waitress and singer. Some gals can sing. Notice 2 pretty one. The one who serve us can sing Jap too. Was surprised and not bad too in terms of the pronounciation.

I also join the fun in singing. Singing is table rotation. Cant sing nevermind. Cause some of us also can't sing. Anyway as the bros here said we can hang "flower' to the gal who sing on the mini seforum.xxxe at the center. Notice those who gal has the "flower", the sash shows S$ 50/-. I suppose that is the minimum amount to hang.

TCSS with a few gals. Was told they earn by commission Reviewom clients and the drinks they open for the customer on that table. Anyway, we order another jug but open by another gal. The drinks are cheap. We do not need to buy the drinks for the ladies. Different Reviewom the one next door which is a Filippino pub where we hop to there after 2 am.

The gals really can try to strike a conversation with you if you can speak chinese. There is a gal who really can try to get close with you. But we can't touch them as the place is bright and it is our 1st time there. Moreover, all the gals are not those ktv gals.

The place close at 3am but lights turn on at 2am. Stay there for another 15 mins before we club hop. The 2 gals who serve us drinks came. I paid them 10 each as tips. One of them still go and get a glass of water for me as I told her i drive. The service is really good for serving me the water.

Good recommendation for bros n sis who want to go there to chill out. My buddy likes the place. So am i. Will go there again to sing and chill out.

I'm beginning to like the ambience more and so are my 2 Reviewiends that was with me, will be chilling out at this joint as and when I'm Reviewee. Indeed, I love the place. Not that noisy. Good place to sing song & TCSS. But not sure whether they have many songs or not. Tried to ask for 迪克牛仔-光辉岁月 but they don't have.
