I believe that the metro station in Zona Rosa is located on Ave Sullivan.

Yes TransHunter those border towns like TJ,Juarez and Neuvo Laredo have Bars in The Red Light Zone with TSES/TVS. There is also a lot of SW Action of He Shes in Mexico City. I am not in to this Shit But I would say in Latin Countries the best on this would be in Mexico,Argentina,Peru and Brazil.
