Kathy - Best therapeutic massage

Kathy has been reviewed before but I wanted to add my prospective. I suggest Kathy out of Royal Oak in Burnaby has the best therapeutic massage skills of any woman I have seen, either in Vancouver or many other countries. Kathy is from China with good English but she speaks with an accent. She is over 40 but attractive for her age and very fit. She works out daily. If you need a great therapeutic massage use her as I have not had anyone better even at twice the price.

I understand that she was professionally trained in China and has a web site, but advertises from time to time on CL, which ad directs you there her site. She has charts on the wall of her massage room showing flow patterns. Her technique is like acupressure. She knows about circulation and manipulates your muscles accordingly. She could identify and find knots in my back by feel and correct them. She being in such good shape can be hard as you wish. She is not only excellent but also very reasonable charging only 45 dollars for a full hour. She is so good and professional that I have even recommended her my girlfriend who loves her skills and sees her often (you can appreciate I would never recommend a R & T lady to my girl friend) and she in turn has recommended Kathy to her regular friends all of whom also rave over Kathy.

However, If you want R & T, (and some will disagree) go elsewhere. Let me explain. She always keeps all her clothes on is always totally professional in every aspect of massage, so much so that during several of my early visits to her I did not consider it would even be an option and I felt it would insult her professionalism to even ask, nor did she ever offer it to me or even hint at it to me. However boys will be boys so finally during one visit I asked. Her response was almost clinical. Of course she would do it. It was a body part with blood flow and thus a legitimate part to be messaged. (The way she explained it was that it was just as entitled to a medical massage as my big toe – romantic no). Anyway I elected to go for it for an extra 20. Any yes it was very therapeutically and efficiently massaged. I have had lots of massages and whereas no one can compare to her skill at massage (in my opinion) she is near the very bottom in being able to excite junior, or making it a sensual experience. I have seen Kathy several times since but never again have I asked for such relief and never since has Kathy offered it. However, just yesterday, a friend I had recommended so her, on his first visit asked for R & T and (perhaps because he was a referral from a known client) he received it. He said to me later that it was very good for him. Perhaps it was the well explained medical aspect of her massage relief for junior or the efficient way she carried it out that ruined it for me. As for me I will continue to use Kathy, but only for therapeutic message.

Just search Kathy CL Therapeutic section, can't miss it. I would rate her as a 6.5-7 as far as skill. Far better massages out there.

For an excellent therapeutic massage at $45 per hour, I don't think it's possible to find anyone better than Kathy. At least not in the Lower Mainland.

I have gone to a lot of different massage practitioners, including RMTs, and Kathy gives the best value I've found.

I second the OP. I'm a regular at Kathy's but have never been directly offered an extra. She gives an excellent massage. I'd recommend going early so you catch her when she's not tired from seeing clients all day. I actually had no idea she give therapeutic HJ. I went there because I had really bad ankles from sports. She fixed me after the first visit. I was hooked ever since. I've recommended her to many of my friends who have in turn recommended her to their friends.

On a warm day, with the windows open there's a nice breeze coming in the room. She'll play some relaxing string music. Do they all get their music as some yoga shop somewhere? I've looked for that kinda music in an attempt to recreate the mental state of a good, relaxing massage. lol.

I've always just assumed everyone waiting for a massage was just getting a.. well...massage. I've gotten erections a few times when she massages the groin area and there was accidental sack rub, but never got the hint she would do more. I assumed it was just accidental contact. hmm.

One session when she was working on my back, she took her pants off so she could use her knees to get deep into my thighs and back, but she quickly put them back on before working of the front.

Either way. I'm going back. Best actual massage I've had... keep in mind I don't go to many.

Total agreement with Sucre. Kathy will give you a wonderful massage. I did ask if a release was available. No problem for a bit more of a donation but when you are use to getting serviced by younger, tighter, prettier girls the release was a chore. Go for the massage you will fell very good. Not a tradional Chinese massage more accupressure but very good and relaxing.

Just a quick add on, in case there are any blanks to fill in. I checked her out one Sunday afternoon. Easy to get an appointment. I actually found her quite do-able.Nice full figure.Nice big,firm bum and nice face.
However as doing her wasn't on the menu, I thought the massage was pretty good.Don't really know if she is qualified in ancient Chinese techniques.Didn't feel my chi being realigned or anything. I mean she had all kinds of charts on the wall with pressure points on male and female anatomy, but I could put posters on my bedroom wall of Asian women receiving cunnilingus,and set up shop, but does that make me qualified?(actually I think it does)
After the back was done I was hoping for something nice to spontaneously happen,of the erotically suggestive nature,but no.Just a perfunctory front session,interrupted by a phone call from a trusted and loved regular.She told him to be there in about 20 minutes!! Damn.So after a little more thigh kneading she patted me on the cheeks and sort of said"wer"e done" or words to that effect.I quickly spluttered a request for a hand job and she looked anxiously at the clock and frowned,but said"OK, twenty more" to which I agreed,(almost sobbing with gratitude).
Very nice hand job.Didn't last long,so I didn't really throw her off her schedule.
Not very chatty. Polite enough. Don't really go for r&t as a rule, but the prior reviews piqued my interest,and the price,I'm glad I checked her out.

I am very sure Kathy has had professional massage training, although whether the techniques are ancient Chinese or modern Canadian, I am less certain. But I told her I had a specific problem, and from the way she treated it, I could tell she knew what she was doing.

From the gist of things, you need to let her know in advance She often has back-to-back appointments cuz she'll book the extra time.

I visited her and found her massage okay but I like deep massages. I got the two hour session but I found she does not do a real deep tissue massage. Now each has their own level of massage they can take but hers was too light for my taste. No interest of a release from her, as others have noted nothing about her massage is erotic. Booking was easy and she is a nice person.
