Just getting ready to walk in then boom LE show up WTF

this past Tuesday was getting my coffee at Tim Rutherford n Jane just before my visit to Queen Wonder parked the car further than the spa main entrance as I am getting out of the car boom four police cruisers show up and enter the spa talking about mood killer ..... I will not go there for a while that day I had the horse show up my ass that is for sure

With 4 showing up just like that, it was probably an unruly customer who refused to leave.
Although most places would rather deal with it without LE, there are limits.

It would be funny if it was the customer who called cause he didn’t like his HE and wanted his money back,lol

It was probably a routine inspection. 4 cops isn't unusual, covers all the rooms at once more or less.

If it was just for regular inspections, they only use one or two cars and most time they parked the car a few meters away from spa and walk to the spa and use their radio to scan the IDs of the girls with officer waiting in the car with computer. That was my two experiences a few months back. They rarely park cruisers in front of the spa.

I have encountered 3 times last yr, caught me butt naked on the 2 times. It doesn't bothered me a bit. I got even treated better cuz the lady felt bad about the interruptions and situations I got in. They were quite friendly and polite.

When I worked at my old spa, I swear they would come barging in, middle of the session, no f*¢¥s given, and ask us to come out of the rooms. Sometimes it would be six months between seeing them, but one time they came twice in the same week.

Always an awkward time. I felt bad because they came in one time while I had a client waiting in the room for an hour session. They scared the hell out of him and he couldn't get... Happy... At all after. I offered him a refund before the session started because I knew it probably effected him. He still wanted to try but it just didn't work lol. He was more than happy to just get a good massage though.

And what do the cops do specifically? Check everyone’s ID for warrants or if the girls are properly licensed?

Haha they don't bug the clients for the most part.

And yes, they swarm in as quick as possible, usually a few of them so they can enter the rooms quickly, without having anyone figure out they're here first. They would ticket any girls who we're fully naked or didn't have both feet on the ground (weird law).

If you go to a higher end spa, they're not usually a problem. The next spa I worked at, they would come just to check IDs and call us out of the rooms, and it happened very rarely. Most clients would never know they were there at all. But ya, I believe the first spa I worked at tried to cut corners with their license when they first opened, so the officers very much let their presence be known lol.

No la.. All the Asian spas I go to have monitors in their rooms pointing at their front entrance doors , hall ways and parking lot. All the girls and we can see as soon as they come in and most holistic spas door have two stage doors and most time the second one is locked. So they can never barge in.
LE didn't bother me or ask me anything on all 3 occasions. One LE just asked whether the attendant gave me the receipt or not. It's part of the requirement at holistic spa. Never been asked ID nor names.

Ya holistic spas have different regulations than most licenced body rub parlors, so if you're going to places like krayjee is talking about, the experience would probably be different.

I believe licenced body rub places aren't legally allowed to have locks on the doors to the rooms, unlike holistic.

I've never worked in a place that has monitors in the rooms, though. Just at the front desk and girls room.

I have walked into a Scarborough spa entrance only to encounter 2 cops-no big deal,one held the inside door open for me.Many of the Scarborough spas had/have split screen monitors in the rooms showing the hallway,front desk and outside entrance.
