The service at this place is horrible and absolutely shit. The first time i decide to come try out your spa i booked an appointment then proceeded to come. I got there rang the doorbell and no one opened the door instead i get this phone call telling me to look for this key and let myself in with the key where i had to play treasure hunt looking for it. I finally let myself inside and the person on the phone tells me to go wait in one of rooms. I was already turned off by this whole experience so i decide to leave.

I came back today to give you guys another chance. Same thing i booked an appointment before coming. At least someone let me inside this time. Directed me to a room and told me to take a shower first. I showered and waited in the room for about 15 minutes during that time i could hear someone getting railed hard next door only to assume that was the girl i booked and my appointment time.

I got dressed and left.....
Im sure losing me as customer isn't going to be much of a loss for you. However, if you want to run a good business and keep your customers or bring in new ones, i would suggest you get yourself a proper reception and improve your customer service.

yep…I decided to stop in yesterday afternoon to see Natalie one more time(she is amazing) anyways Natalie lets me in and says unfortunately she is busy for the next 30 mins. She says you can wait in the room and meet the other ladies. I met Lin not really my type but cute girl, and cici peaks in and leaves…meanwhile I’m listening to Natalie next door getting pounded. So I decide to go to my car an answer some emails. 30 mins pass so I come back in and Natalie takes me to the room and asks me to shower…I shower up and Natalie comes in the room and says sorry dear her boss booked an appt for her and if I want to wait I could stay in the room. She is very apologetic and says she will take care of me…but I was like fuck that, I’m not staying here. Place is a joke

There will always be good spas and bad ones. I go to many many other spas, and 90% of them are not run like this. They have a proper reception and booking times. They value their customers time instead of making them wait for a long ass time when they made an appointment. If im in a room longer than 10-15min plus waiting, clearly they overbooked. My time is important to me, I value my time and i just leave.

When you let the inmates run the asylum, things usually don't go well...

I was probably 15 min late after because i had to spent 10min looking for a hidden key to let myself in. I didnt leave because i had to wait the first time. I left because i was so annoyed having to look for some hidden key to let myself into your establishment. It was weird. In all my years of being in this hobby.... That was a first.
