Today I was driving on Marine Drive on the North Shore (half block west of McKay). I wasnt in that area for a massage, but the sign on the sidewalk "massage" caught my eye. I went there and the place is new, modern and well-appointed. It looks like a high-end spa. The young lady who greeted me was dressed sexy...hmmm. Their room fee's are high, $70...because of this I wondered if this is a legit place, however I quickly changed my opinion when (after I showered), a young asian gal, late 20's came into the room. Extremely short skirt, very low cut blouse with c-cups. The massage was soft as I requested and progressed to sensual. Eventually there was lots of touching of the boys. After the flip I was asked for $60. The g stays on, but freedom to touch. The top stays on, but the boobs come out. I negotiated to $40 and gave it a try. Boa is great. For a younger gal she seems to have the experience and know what to do. The experience was good, although it was very expensive. Repeat, I would be tempted due to the good experience, but it's not worth the drive and far too expensive.

Your description of the location seems quite close to Lily or Lily's (not sure of the name, never been there). Could it be the same place under a new name?

It is and always was Lily's Relaxation Centre. It's been there for ages on the north side of Marine Drive in a strip mall behind Sleep Country Canada. Try Taylor's Crossing across the street for a pint after your high-priced R&T.

I don't think this Lily's. Their location is set back off Marine in a small mall, so a sidewalk sign is unlikley. I recall seeing an ad a couple weeks ago (in the Prov ??) for a new place in N. Van, it had an street # for the south side of marine, Lily's is on the north side. I'll TOFTT the next time I'm in the area.

I went into Meridien spa in Nvan a while ago - totally hidden, you need to know where it is....anyway, the room fee is also high and then once you are in there, the ladies want another $250 or $100 as the minimum in addition to the RF - so, keep this place off the list - think Swedish Touch on the north shore only with chicks that ain't as hot.

Why is $110 considered expensive for a one-hour tits-out R&T?
Granted, it's not the cheapest, but it doesn't seem totally exorbitant either.

Yes there are many in that $$ range but also many for much less. I know you generally stick to the R&T's and so you proabably don't make the comparison to the starting price for FS that I do.

It was for 50 minutes, although it went 60 or 65 mins. Overall, I believe it was a bit expensive. It is one of the shops, all ground level. Parking at rear. Boa told me the place opened 4 weeks ago. Inside, it is well-appointed and looks like a nice legit spa. Actually, the room rate of $70 made we wonder if it was a legit spa, but I decided to go for it and TOFTT. Boa allows a lot of touching. I did not see the other girls.

With the details provided by Pandaguy, I went there this afternoon. It is located at the south side of Sleep Country Canada store and at the back (north side) is Lily's skin care.

Two girls Boa and Bei are working. Boa has a better face look and younger.
The massage is average but there are lots of touching. 70 dollars for an hour room fee and tipping 40 with release.

There are four rooms and all fitted with bath. The rooms are so big that you seemed to have entered a hotel suite. Very clean and friendly receptions.

Two part time, Rebecca & Judy, are working on weekends. You need to phone for the appointments.

Just one block eastwards, there is a Thai Spa with Thai style massage and servers. I was told a release is also provided but I have no energy for another round. May be someone please venture and report back.
