I used to love premire...I mean the talent that was there, katie, nicole, nina, iris, daisy, to name a few.

They used to have some really good girls and great atmosphere. It's really just like any other spa now. They lost there top tier status.

Shame they didnt have the competecy skills to compete with seduction.

I remember when seduction was nothing, I accidentally found them driving from vivid spa. I remember doing a session there and was hooked on all the new young girls trying it out. I heard it was 401 and Dixon (not Dixie). This makes more sense because it's in Toronto and the MPAs can use the same body rub license. If it was in Mississauga they would all have to get new licenses. I also heard it would open near the end of April.

But for the fact that the west end is still trying to get their sea legs again, and I say this to many, product is your key to happiness.
And If you guys are not aware of location, location, location...Take for example Sulexa when they opened in South Etobicoke.... Bad idea from the get go and bad intel from those...

A million ways / scenarios could get blown. Unless you have experience in and around an airport, best you stay away. There is a ton of sketchy people who linger in and around airport areas.
Everybody is on the Hussle near an airport. Fact.
Unless the spas lease is soft.. But just see what new leases go for these days on Yonge Street.
A lease on Yonge street is gong to cost you 8 grand a month at least and maybe the sq footage 1000.

Airport is a great location for Premier. Very centrally located along major highways. Can't wait for it to open.

The price is the price at Premier spas so it will keep a lot of the riff-raff out. I'm also liking their screening system more and more as it allows them to ban the sketchy dudes who no-show or are abusive. Yeah, the receptionist will have fun dealing with all the tire-kickers but that's not my problem.
