The best way to keep your sanity is not to get involved with these girls in the first place. They all have baggage and will create drama in your life. No matter how nice they seem. And when you get involved with them you have to listen to all their shit. I think alot of guys get involved with spa girls because they enjoy the attention they are getting from another female. Often because something is missing from their own lives.

Personally I'm at the stage of life where I'm trying to eliminate stress from my life. Going to spas should be a stress free experience.
