Bond St is a one way main corridor westbound or Hyw 2, King St Eastbound.

There is no spa sign in the house, & the one in the picture looks fake.

I would not dispute this is operating as a spa, but it looks just like a normal house in a residential area.

Oshawa LaVilla spa is even more ambiguous. What’s your point?

Likely because the image capture on Google Maps is from 2021.

And JimiNY is correct: the area isn't residential; at least, only partially, as there is a realtor's office, the sewing/alterations place on the corner, the Indian grocery on the opposite corner (that used to be a hairstyling school), Steve's Leather, an autobody shop, a car rental place, Wilson's Furniture just up from the massage house, etc.
I'm not one hundred percent sure if all of these businesses are still operating presently, but with only a residential house or two around the entire aforementioned Wilson's Furniture block, it clearly isn't a residential area.

Many homes in Oshawa look much the same mainly because of the long
standing affiliation with GM.
No doubt the one on bond is investment property and I bet they are itching
to build but the economy is not always stable.
Is GM staying, are they leaving?

It's all good, just a misinterpretation.
So the place is just west of Centre St in the downtown core or one block over right.
There was some squabbling as to where it is.
I knew just from the address and on the south side being an odd number.

If you park at or near the arena, this place (which has TONS of signage at the moment; a large "77," a large blue sign reading "SPA," and a neon sign "OPEN") it's a ten minute walk. By car, about two minutes.

Yeah, if you are walking it is a hike if the Generals still at Stevensons Rd arena.
Is close to the downtown core.
