I heard City of Richmond Hill is working on something in the 7/East Beaver Creek area.

.Zoning By Law contravention-- No Body Rub Parlor license.

I got confused and went down to By Law office on Elgin mills Rd with two spa owners from 2 different locations. The spa owner who didn't get the hand delivered notice … her place has Zoning restrictions and the first notice stayed. All the spas at 160 East Beaver can still apply for different type of licenses to stay open.

160 EBC places can spend thousands of bucks for a body rub license & stay. The other nearby spas are up the creek without a paddle. Even 160 spas may just decide to leave rather than waste so much money.
