I've come across some stupid people on this board, but this is a new level of stupidity.

The time I went, the person doing the test asked what was the reason for the visit. I can't remember but I think they asked on the questionnaire as well.

I go to the government run public health clinics. They test for the usual STIs under OHIP, so no charge.

And I keep myself safe by making sure no body fluid is exchanged. I've been to places where the MPA puts on a glove before the HJ.

Usually you can tell the clinic doctor you have multiple sex partners and that will be enough for the doctor to issue a lab requisition. Occasionally the doctor will ask if you have same-sex partners as that changes the risk level.

Typically you get a urine test and a blood test. Urine test checks for gonorrhea and chlamydia. Blood test checks for hepatitis B, HIV, and syphilis. If you've been vaccinated for hepatitis B, the test will show antibodies indicating immunity.

Lysine is an essential amino acid, so most protein powder brands have it. Just read the label before buying. I use Kaizen Naturals whey isolate because it's 90% protein and cheap.
I take 4 servings a day, so about 120g of protein and 12000mg of lysine. This is on top of protein from regular food.
