There is no announced date, but they gave a tour to the girls last Tuesday and the facility is operational. What I heard from a Manager is the delay is due to the fact they want to hire some more girls prior to opening but PornPrince heard something different.

They have posted the rates for Sensa on the Premier website, they are the same rates as Pure and Perla.

Talk about taking out the competition with a power move... this is a bold and strategical decision with competition in the same area. They either step their game up or drown. The results will show us.

Will be interested to see how they manage roster for a new location and if Perla and Pure locations keep their veterans or lose out which means more rookies at these spots. Managing 3 locations with talent at all 3 is difficult so expect them to hire a lot of rookies in the summer months.

Budget AMPs and EE places will probably survive as they have a niche due to price. But all the airport spas srm hfh and the like will see a reduction by 10-25% in business in a challenging economy. Don’t think Allure will be affected too much at first as they carved out a niche but long term I see their clients moving if the talent is there. I would rather go see a hot talent that I can get a 45min massage with beej daty and lfk for 200 vs 30min & 150 with limited mileage. Something has to give in the marketplace so either Allure girls start offering more extras/further with service or lose clients and possibly staff to Pure.
