Again, all good stuff. Unfortunately Fenugreek (as well as Kratom) make it very difficult for me to cum. Not that you are wrong to recommend it, I just want to make the point that everyone’s biochemistry is a little different.

At first I tried a synthetic high dose MK-4 supplement and it didn't work. Then I tried one with MK-7 and after only two weeks I had less plaque on my teeth. My dental hygienist noticed the difference. That is how you know if your K2 supplement is working. The one I took was AOR K2 with 60 mcg MK-7 and 60 mcg MK-4 per capsule. Based on my previous experience, I attribute the success entirely to the MK-7 content. I only took one bottle and the smooth teeth effect has lasted for many years. Vitamin K2 is fat soluble and is stored in the liver.

This excess calcium then circulates in the blood until the kidneys can excrete it in the urine, which uses up magnesium. Currently I'm taking about 400 mg of magnesium per day. When I first took vitamin K2 I only needed about 200 mg of magnesium per day. As my arteries started to get cleared out from the inside, I needed more magnesium. For a time I was taking around 1500 mg per day. I was basing my dosage on how tight my muscles were. My case was an extreme one, where I was on the verge of having a heart attack, so your results would likely be less intense. My requirements seemed to follow a bell curve pattern. Now they are slowly tapering off. Good food sources of magnesium are cocoa powder or dark chocolate, bran and wheat germ, whole grains. The protein portion of grain and legumes is high in magnesium and trace minerals. For that reason, vegan protein powders are good sources of magnesium and trace minerals. The erectile benefits of vitamin K2 and magnesium started to be noticeable after about three months and kept getting better slowly over a few years.

I take magnesium glycinate, which is only 80 mg per capsule. That's 5 capsules, spread throughout the day and mostly with meals. Magnesium glycinate has the highest absorption rate. You can get magnesium oxide pills with 500 mg of magnesium per tablet, but the absorption rate is very low. To absorb enough magnesium you would need to take several of the magnesium oxide pills. Magnesium attracts and retains water, so large amounts of unabsorbed magnesium in the intestines can cause loose bowel movements. That is why I use magnesium in the glycinate form. Magnesium citrate and malate are reasonably well absorbed, but I find they can also cause loose bowel movements. For those who eat a high protein diet, this may not be a problem. It may relieve constipation. In those forms you can get around 150 mg per capsule or tablet. The products that are labelled magnesium bis-glycinate and have 200 mg per capsule are mostly magnesium oxide with a little magnesium glycinate mixed in.

I've been taking zinc in lower doses of around 10 to 25 mg for awhile. I'm just now starting to add in copper to balance it and finding the right dose for me. I noticed the most common ratio in combination supplements is around 10:1 zinc to copper. I've seen many online product reviews where people said their gray hair went away after taking 2 mg copper per day. They say you need to take it for a few months before you start to see darker hair roots, so it will be some time before I can comment about that. Some also said the same thing about spirulina, the highest vegan food source of copper. Other good food sources are beef liver and cocoa powder or dark chocolate. If you are still taking 100 mg of zinc, you might need more than 2 mg of copper. I've seen some reports of people taking up to 6 mg copper per day. The following video talks about a study where people who lived 100 years had normal levels of zinc and copper.

Jeanne Calment is said to be the longest lived person in reported history at 122 years. She claimed to eat two pounds of dark chocolate per week, which is slightly more than one 100 gram bar per day. That bar would contain almost 2 mg of copper and over 200 mg of magnesium, two minerals most people are deficient in.

So been taking it for about 3 weeks now.
Tastes alright I have added a banana to the red beat crystals, vega and impact igniter to give it a bit more substance.
These are my findings:
I find I am more alert / sharp in the mornings.. Before I would wake up with a morning haze / fog, now I am up and ready to go right away no working into the mornings.
I am having better blood flow to the point where I have gotten looks at my pants when nothing was happening down there if you get my drift. Definitely a confident booster. And a general boost of energy throughout the day are the obvious differences.
