Some ayrvedic leg massage is also done. All natural Young Living essential oils are also applied to alleviate sore backs, sore necks if clients wish that. Clients are fully clothed..with bare feet.
Reiki is an ancient healing technique that destresses, relaxes, treats any ailment. Messages from Spirit may also come through from the Divine near the end of the treatment.
Neither therapy is covered under a health plan.
