REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is an ancient therapy that focuses on healing in the body by activating different reflex and pressure points found in the feet.
A combination of massage and acupressure on various points in the feet activate reflex responses in corresponding parts of the body, helping to promote healing throughout. Reflexology is a non-invasive technique working the feet and lower half of the legs (hands can also be worked on during a session).
