non-RMT legit massage places for muscle strain treatment, north of Sheppard, in North York, Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill

I know this is not the focus of this forum, but I have a muscle strain I want to get worked on regularly in the next few months. Don't have insurance for it. From my understanding, I just need regular deep tissue massage and it should be resolved, as it is not a serious injury. But the massage itself has to be hard/strong, so I don't want to randomly try my luck with semi-legits.

So I found some legit spas. Does anyone know if any is particularly worth trying? Or if there's others I should try instead.

There is a legit masseuse at Bellagio, really excellent, but she is on vacation until next week.

Good suggestion, it's tiny bit far as it's very far to the east, but still good option.

I realized I also left out Comfort Zone. Not exactly sure how's their massage though.

I wish to both disagree and agree. TENS therapy definitely relieves pain while in use but it isn’t a solution. Seeing a MPA, who typically has no knowledge of anatomy, for serious treatment is a poor decision.

A properly educated and trained massage therapist is the best bet.

3 modes on a DR Ho .. one is tens other 2 are for muscle stimulation and massage..but , yes properly educated therapist is the way to go , MPAs don’t have a clue what they are doing..we have to instruct on simple hand job. ..anyway ..

Steeles and Midland? Funny enough I've been to that plaza. Didn't even notice the Spa, and from outside it looks more women focused. But worth considering.
