The only reason I have any sunrise photos is because of my dive trips, especially when I am on a liveaboard and all we are doing is diving and our day starts around 7 or 8 AM.

Otherwise, no sunrise shots for me either when I am partying/drinking. And no sunrises with company around, unless she wants to have fun on the beach.

Thats the one at the bottom of the Kata view point.Maybe Nue Beach?

About the only beach on the island i haven`t been to.I was surprised that sealed road appeared to go all the way down to it.

I drive past it regularly,will go and check it out soon.

I believe that to be Laem Singh Beach on the coast road between Kamala and Surin Beaches. Its a steep walk down but really lovely beach. They have a world music beach party there on Sunday afternoons...
