"I'm very grateful for many things in my life the teams I've played for, my teammates, managers, the fans, my country and being England captain, the children I have met over different charities I work with, my team in my business & the friends I have around me I feel truly blessed... But my biggest accomplishment is and will always be my family," David wrote on his Instagram profile for his birthday.

David Beckham took to Instagram to show a very interesting alternative his wife, fashion designer and entrepreneur Victoria Beckham, took to give him a much needed massage. According to the soccer legend, Victoria told him that her hands were not strong enough for David's shoulders and neck.
Instead, the Spice Girls member decided to use some spoons, a technique that she probably got from "Ross", the very popular fictional character from the internationally famous TV show "Friends." Apparently, the peculiar move was effective enough for David's pain to go away.
Social media users took the video with humor, with some even mentioning the fact that their mothers use a very similar technique. "Could be worse, at least she's not usin forks," posted an Instagram user. "Still classifies more under the 'yes' column rather than 'no'."
David Beckham debuts a new TV show
David Beckham lined up some of his famous friends for the first editions of "Beckham and Friends Live," an alternative live broadcast of the UEFA Champions League. For the first show, the legendary soccer player was joined by Oscar-nominated actor Stanley Tucci and prominent director Guy Ritchie.
British comedian James Corden joined Beckham, too, with the comedian pranking the retired soccer star before the Los Angeles Galaxy unveiled Beckham's statue six years ago.
"Like you guys, I love watching the game," Beckham told the studio hosts. "I like watching the game a certain way" with family and friends, he added. "So, it's going to be that kind of thing, where I'm sat there watching the games, commenting on the games with friends, talking about the games and not sometimes talking about the games."
