This is one of the toughest time for spas to draw up schedule because of the slow time and lots of them going back to China for holiday till Chinese New yr. We used to have 4 girls a day in summer busy months but the slow season is here so we have cut down to 3 girls a day just to make sure they all make enough money. .

We have a few girls looking for job last week but the days they can work is all filled and none of them can work for the days we need. We have yet to find a replacement for Ashley who left suddenly last Friday. Thank God our super stars are still with us and so far no one has given us their holiday schedule yet.

Monday is our strongest day with super star Cindy , super cute Vivian and sexy Renee on duty.

Vivian is cute I agree. But Renee is 5/10, she is not sexy. Has terrible teeth, heavy makeup, and thin as a toothpick. And a smoker too. Yuckk.

C'mon Renee is not that bad. She is not pretty but quite sexy in lots of guys eyes. Even her last lady boss told me the frkn biatch is not pretty but very sexy and she was the busiest at her spa. I am pretty sure she will still loves her if she didn't open her spa too close to her..lol. Her teeth are much better than my other two favs. Pls go have a look at them. I don't think she wears much make-ups, but I agree she is skinny as hell except her chest..lol.

How about Cindy? She is pretty much flawless. She has the looks, the youth, the massage, the service and the attitude which everyone loves. No wonder she is the most popular at SL and she is the only one I see doing most of the house hold chores when not busy. Her only flaw I see is not dressing sexy enough like other girls. She dresses so simple everyday. She will looks much better if she wears those Lu Lu Lemon yoga dress on her slender body. Well she undress most times for her customers so it doesn't really matters much I guess..lol.

Vivian on the other hand is in between the two of them. Cute as a button whenever she smiles with those dimples, especially when she is in her high school girl outfit. That's why she has lots of regulars and is my fav.

qinshit, it's not my marketing, my marketing was just fine, she was busy as hell the first few 6-7 weeks but her stubboness to adjust the price from Body Rub parlour price to semi-legit price was her main issue and the bad reviews about her pricing was the main reason she left. She was strong enough to resists on her pricing but not tough enough to handle the bad reviews. She has her own kind of clients high rollers who are still calling for her everyday tell me how good she is. She has the looks and the skills. We can't deny that.

qinshit, thanks for admitting SL is beyond your reach. I am pretty sure they will be much happier without you but I can guarantee Cindy and Vivi will settle with you with whatever you can afford. They both are always so easy to deal with and so used to deal with guys like you.

Ashley is always welcomed to come back. She told me you are the one who pushed her under the bus with your graphics.

Michelle is a different story. She is the best in town. There is no one like Michelle and she is irreplaceable but she is her own worst enemy. All she needs is a little adjustment in management and not to take anything and anyone for granted.

She really is one of a kind. Most girls with her looks will be somewhat arrogant and conceited but Cindy is so different from those. Always humble and polite no matter how tough the customer is. I was so surprised at the way she handled an incident with one unruly customer last month. She was so calm and so cool and held me back so not to make a big fuss out of it.

She's definitely entitled.
