Massage School San Diego Releases Healthy Living Tips for Women

In anticipation of the upcoming Healthy Living Festival in Del Mar, California, Massage School San Diego has released a list of healthy living tips for women.

The city of Del Mar, California, will soon host its first annual Healthy Living Festival. In anticipation of the event, Massage School San Diego, supporter of healthy living, vegan foods and San Diego massage schools, has released a list of health tips for women. MSSD is excited for the local event. The Healthy Living Festival will take place Oct. 13 and 14 at the Del Mar Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall in Del Mar, California. The event will offer information, demonstrations and resources for anyone interested in living a healthy and active lifestyle. Visitors can get health screenings, see presentations and speakers, learn about healthy cooking and eating, and take part in fitness workshops, yoga classes and more. There will even be a rock wall on site. The festival will run from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 13 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 14. At 2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd.
In preparation for the event, Massage School San Diego has released a list of healthy living tips for women:

• ****Get regular breast cancer screenings.
• ****Always wear sunscreen when going outdoors.
• ****Eat a healthy diet full of vegetables.
• ****Exercise at least 30 minutes a day at least five times a week.
