Thanks to Arath's reco, tried this again after not a great experience last year!

Spa is absolutely clean and hygienic .. charges are on the higher side but the standard they maintain warrants it ..
Asked for a Thai therapist .. allotted one ... very good looking and perfect body. Asked if I can open my dispo at the start itself and she said "can, can"!!
Very nice massage .. she had a complete menu to offer with price for each .. no negotiations! So chose B2B and HJ. She has spotless fair skin and lovely figure.
Amazing experience and full VFM .. almost got GFE from a Thai therapist haha! Massage also one of the best.

They offer lovely hot green tea and cookies at the end - like icing on the cake

Counter charges: 2.5K (60 mins + 10 min extra negotiated)

Multiple FRs over the last 3-4 months:
Yu@ñ th@ï - brNches on linkin road Badr@ and Juhü.
The ambience is nice in both branches and the front desk staff is good too.
They have local, NE and Th@i therapists. Most of the cabins are separated by curtains; but the cabins share an ac sometimes so sound can easily travel from one cabin to the other (this is a bummer). each branch has private rooms with attached showers too; these Rooms are much better but cost 500 more and have no locks.
Irrespective of who you take, you can be guaranteed a happy ending here and more here.
Quality is a mixed bag in the Bandra branch. I've had some stunners and some very average therapists her. My best was this busty young Th@i named Mįñt who unfortunately flew back. Otherwise I've generally come across only older th@i therapists.
I only choose a milf Thai in the Juh* branch so don't know about others; last I heard she was also back in thilnd.
Counter charges will be betn 1.8-2.5k for 60 mins. Damages will be min 1.5-2k depending upon your Nego skills for HJ+TL. Th@is will offer B2B and BJ as well. Haven't tried the locals/NE there ever.
Not a great difference in discounted counter price and coupon price so I generally don't haggle much.
Ask for a Th@i for good masge and service here.
Highly recommended for newbs to start with.
