Our body holds various energies and memories. During our healing stage, these energies are replaced with love and light. They might need to be acknowledged, accepted, or simply observed as they exit the body. Whether they are ancestral wounds or our own childhood experiences, our being can heal them with guidance and gentleness. During the emotional healing session, we use coaching and guided meditation, at times combined with art therapy to help our being heal.
