Relaxation massage is about the heart, and mind, as much as the body. My style is gentle, flowing strokes to soothe the mind, and increase blood flow to help you relax, release, and renew.
A stressful job is why I entered massage training over 3 decades ago, to learn about our body, to recognize its responses, and explore ways to relax. There is plenty of research praising the art of relaxation massage. It is one of many disciplines available. Relaxation massage is a gentle type of full-body massage that’s ideal for people who: are new to massage, have a lot of tension, or are sensitive to touch.
