Just over a decade ago I was in a serious car accident that left me with a traumatic brain injury, 3 broken vertebrae, and chronic cognitive and pain symptoms. In trying to navigate my own healing, I have learned many effective modalities in pain management and body optimization. I think my past has let me truly understand what having a sensitive body means, and how hard living with pain can be. My biggest aim is to help people live with less pain and more freedom. I have been a practitioner for 9 years now, and I’m very passionate about what I do.
