Holistic Massage; * enjoy a full body relaxation or deep tissue massage, specializing in lower back, legs, glutes, abs and scalp. * My style; long, strong, smooth and fluid strokes; releasing stress and muscular tension, calming the nervous system, improving circulation and range of motion, while promoting an overall sense of well-being.
As with all of my massages, every experience is tailored to the clients preference.
Massage for me is like a journey for the senses.
It is my intention to create an environment that is warm, welcoming, and calm. Music that is curated to enhance the overall experience. Touch that is gentle, yet strong. Healing and nurturing for the mind, body and soul.

Aromatherapy Massage; * Infuse any massage session with essential oils, amplifying the healing energy throughout
Reiki Energy Healing; * Relaxing and meditative touch, clearing and transforming emotional, physical and spiritual blockages, detoxifying, and restoring balance and harmony throughout. * If you're feeling a little dull, lacklustre, lost, stuck or looking to expand into the fullest version of yourself, Reiki can help!!
Chakra Balancing; * realigning the energetic body (our chakras) with a combination of reiki, aromatherapy and pranayama (breath work).
Indian Head Massage; * a form of relaxation massage that focuses on the face, head, neck, shoulders, upper back and upper arms
Breathwork and Reiki; * elevate your life and boost your immune system with a powerful pranayama practice before settling into stillness, where you will receive the transformative healing energy of Reiki, attuning the mind, body and spirit.
Reiki Levels I and I; * Level 1 for self healing * Level 2 to provide healing for others
MASSAGE RATES: $60 for 45 minutes $70 for 60 minutes $90 for 75 minutes $100 for 90 minutes $140 for 120 minutes
Insurance receipts can be issued for massage for those who have Reiki or Reflexology coverage.
* Available weekdays and Saturday’s by appointment. 9am to 8pm. Sunday’s are typically my day off. I do however take appointments periodically.
